Description
Standards:
Non-shielded control cable can be produced according to the standard GB9330-1988, IEC, DIN, BS and the factory can also manufacture the cables in accordance with other standards.
Non-shielded control cable Detail:
1.1 Rated voltage U0/U should be 450/750V
U0~Valid value of the voltage between main insulated conductor and earthing (metal shield, metal sheath of environment dielectric).
U~valid value of voltage between any two phases conductor in multicourse cable or single core cable system.
When AC. System is applied, the rated voltage of cables should be at least equal to the nominal voltage of the system. When DC. System is applied; the nominal voltage of this system should not be more than the rated voltage of the system by 1.5 times.
1.2 The permitting long-term operating temperature of cable conductor should be
PVC insulation: 70℃
XLPE: 90℃
Service Conditions
(1) The long-time working temperature of conductor of PVC insulated cable is 70℃
The long-time working temperature of conductor of XLPE insulated cable is 90℃
(2) The temperature for laying the cables cannot be lower than 0℃.
Permissible bending radius(r):
Unshielded cable:r≥6D

Non-shielded control cable Advantages
it has the advantages of not only high mechanical strength, good ambient stress resistance, excellent electrical properties and anti-chemical corrosion, but also simple construction, light weight and easy to use.This type of cable is applicable for connection of electrical equipment, controlling, monitoring and protective system with A.C. rated voltage up to and including 450/750V.

Max. Operating Temp of Conductor: under normal 70℃, emergency ( 105℃), short circuit no more than 5s (160℃)
Min. Ambient Temperature during installation: 0℃, after installation and only when cable is in a fixed position
Scope of Application:Non-shielded control cable are suitable for the wiring of electrical controlling equipment and instrument, monitoring and controlling return circuit,electrical protection and measurement in power distribution unit under the circumstance that the rated voltage is up to 450/750V AC.
